America Introduction
North
America is composed of Canada, the United States of America,
and the United Mexican States. On January 1, 1994 the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) became law
with the goal of eliminating barriers to trade in, and
facilitating the cross border movement of, goods and
services between the territories of Canada, Mexico, and
the U.S. In addition to regional economic integration
as a result of NAFTA, an additional objective is the
strengthening of special bonds of friendship and cooperation
among the three nations.
Each
Country in North America has its own unique cultures
and heritage, and with that comes significant disparity
in the forms of business etiquette. Each unique culture
is presented in the Web pages listed below.
